Cream Cheese Sausage
Stuffed Biscuits
1 lb Ground Pork Sausage, cooked and drained 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix/Seasoning 12 oz Buttermilk Biscuits 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 2 c Pepper Jack Cheese |
In a large bowl combine cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese. Spray the bottom of 2 muffin pans with Pam spray. Open cans of biscuits and place a biscuit into each bottom of the muffin tin. Then spread out to make sure it fully covers the bottom. Evenly scoop sausage mix on top of each biscuit. Bake 12-15 minutes in a 375 degree oven or until biscuits are done and turn to a golden brown color. |
